About this Position

We are on the lookout for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for promoting, driving the success and skyrocketing the conversion rate of products by developing and executing effective marketing strategies on behalf of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the target audience, market trends, and competition. You will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure that the product meets customer needs and achieves business goals. The daily life of a Product Marketing Manager can be both dynamic and challenging, requiring a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Conduct user market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market.
  • Work closely with the product development and R&D teams to ensure that the product meets customers’ needs and achieves business goals.
  • Create marketing collateral, including product guides, presentations, and demos, to support the sales team.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, and social media.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, including sales, customer feedback, and market share.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, with a strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create compelling product narratives and deliver presentations.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform product decisions and marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with user research methods, prototyping tools and project management tools.
